Australia’s leading training institution to the beauty industry The College of Natural Beauty today announced it will extend the opening hours of its popular student clinic, which will now open every Saturday from 10am to 3pm commencing this week.
“We’ve decided to extend our opening hours to meet growing customer demand for affordable weekend treatments and to give our students more opportunities to gain practical experience to help them launch their careers in the beauty industry,” said National Manager College of Natural Beauty Heddy Butler.
“Our customers have been asking us to open on the weekends for an even more relaxing experience and we’re looking forward to welcoming them to enjoy nourishing treatments to help them recharge.”
The College of Natural Beauty also recently boosted its eco-friendly credentials by adopting new sustainability measures to enhance the way it operates and its student teachings.
“We are now in a position to offer an eco-friendly beauty experience and bridge a gap in the beauty industry which has traditionally been associated with high chemical beauty and cleaning products,” Ms Butler said.
“We’ve replaced our previous cleaning products with a lower-chemical range, added an organic skincare and beauty range which we sell and use on our customers and substantially reduced the number of disposable items used throughout our treatments.”
“We’ve also started training our therapists in holistic counselling to equip them with the skills they need to understand the needs of their clients on a mind, body and spirit level and how best to refer them for further support where needed.”
“These changes will ensure we can teach our therapists and future spa managers about the merits and importance of a natural approach to skincare and holistic beauty.”
The College of Natural Beauty Student Clinic offers a range of beauty and spa treatments with costs ranging from $8 for a brow tint to $80 for a two hour pamper package.
