Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils to enhance well-being and to stimulate a healthy physical, mental and emotional state. Essential oils are pure extracts from aromatic plants. They have a complex chemical structure from which their unique properties and active principles are derived. Aromatherapists blend therapeutic essential oils especially for each individual, and suggest methods of use such as topical application, massage, inhalation or water immersion, to stimulate the desired responses.

Certificate IV and Diploma in Aromatherapy

This course provides graduates with the knowledge and skills to become aromatherapy therapists. The course includes foundation studies in aromatherapy, anatomy, clinical practice and interpersonal skills, and an elective workshop.  Certificate IV is a pre-requisite to the Diploma course. Please note this course is being re-developed and will be available for Trimester Two.
